We pack and ship from North Brabant, NL.
Carriers
UPS, FedEx and PostNL, and others where needed confirm once contracts are set up. The carrier is shown at checkout confirm.
Where we deliver
The Netherlands confirm, the rest of the EU confirm, other countries decide. If a delivery address is outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the buyer decide.

Free shipping from confirm amount. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. You get an email with tracking when your order ships.
If something goes wrong
Damaged, missing or wrong item: email [email protected] as soon as you notice, and within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you. If a parcel is delayed, check the tracking link first, then write to us.
Returns
You may cancel an order within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason. How it works, what you cannot return and the model withdrawal form are on our Returns page.
